- Personalized cakes with specific names, messages, or decorations.

4. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details of the issue with the cake.
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Packaging: Securely package the cake to prevent damage during transit. Include the RAN and a copy of the proof of purchase inside the package.
- Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
5. Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned cake, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned cake.
